This community consists of 51 large homes, built in 2004, around a man-made pond. Our homebuyers had four luxury model homes to choose from – the Canterbury, the Bentley, the Oxford II, and the Waterford. Each customer was given a variety of color and material choices, both inside and out, to create the home of their dreams. Together, the 51 unique new homes built here in Mt Sinai gave this community an authentic feel.
