Pre-Construction Consultation

Our Customers first meet at our model site with a sales representative, a field Supervisor and a project manager to go over the many options involved in building your new dream home, from the actual structure to the placement of the new house on your lot.

Color Meeting

We meet again, at our model center, to go over even more options, including material and color choices.

Initial Walk-through

Island Estates conducts its own walk-through before you do your guided inspection to ensure that everything is looking and working properly.

Pre-closing Inspection

One or two representatives from Island Estates walk-through the finished home with the home buyer to ensure customer satisfaction and to give a demonstration of how everything works. At this meeting, the homeowner’s job is to point out anything that does not meet their standards so that we can make a punch list before the final walk-through.

Final Walk-through

The customer has another chance to make sure everything on their original punch list has been addressed and to ask any last-minute questions regarding the construction, quality, and use of the home.
